Billing:
As a courtesy I will submit claims to your insurance. Most insurance plans cover services provided by a naturopathic doctor and/or midwife. You can call your provider to find the specifics of your plan. I am a preferred provider with Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield. Midwifery services are covered by Denali Kid Care.
Payment:
I send statements monthly detailing the claim, insurance payment and the amount that is your responsibility. Payments can be made by check or credit card. Credit card payments can be made online through pay pal. Payment that is not received within 60 days of service may be sent to collections. Payment plans using automatic monthly payments are an option, please ask me.
